How long have you been in business?
We have been cleaning carpets in Las Vegas the surrounding communities for the past 20 years. We have serviced thousands of clients with each one adding to our experience and reputation.

Are you insured?
Yes we are have a comprehensive public liability coverage. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to 1/2 million dollars. Our insurance policy will also cover theft and key loss.

Are your cleaners insured?
Yes, all of our cleaners are covered by our comprehensive public liability coverage.

Do you guarantee your services?
Yes. We promise that if you are not satisfied with the result from a job then we will continue to clean until your are happy or we will arrange to come back and re-do the cleaning absolutely free of charge.

What happens if I am dissatisfied with the service?
In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with our cleaning services we will re-do the job free of charge. In order to resolve any problems we need to receive feedback as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours.

What are your office working hours?
Our customer services team will take your calls from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6.00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Do you work on Public and Bank holidays?
Although our office is closed on Public holidays our cleaning operatives continue to carry out jobs as usual. Jobs booked to be carried out on holidays will not cost extra.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express), cash or check.
