LAS VEGAS CARPET CLEANING FAQ

Do you charge per hour or per job?
Our carpet cleaning is NOT charged per hour but per job. We gather the information about your carpet either over the phone or by a site survey - the type of carpet, the size, stains and condition and provide a quote for the whole job. Once we give you the price it will not change, unless additional services are requested after the quote.

Can you clean my carpets when I am at work?
Yes, of course. You can leave a set of keys with your neighbor or leasing/real estate agent; just provide the name and telephone number. We will return the keys when we've finished.
We, do however, suggest that you are present at the time of completion so you can inspect the results and pay any outstanding balances to the carpet cleaner.

Who provides the cleaning materials and equipment?
Our carpet cleaners will bring all the necessary chemicals and equipment. You only need to provide access to your property.

How long will it take my carpets to dry out after the service?
Normally your carpets will be dry in about 3 hours after completion of the cleaning service. However, if the carpeting was heavily stained it may require extensive treatment (no extra charge) and take a little longer to dry. A special 30-minute drying process is available if required.

How soon can you send a carpet cleaner to my place?
We aim to book your carpet cleaning within the next 2 to 3 days. In some cases we may have earlier availability or in busy periods we may be able to send a carpet cleaner in a week's time. Please let us know your best dates and we will present you with the closest availability.

What methods of carpet cleaning do you use?
We use hot water extraction method also known as steam cleaning. This is the best and the most efficient carpet cleaning method.

Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Our minimum charge is $50.00.

Can you apply Scotchguard™ or stain protection?
Yes, we can apply Scotchguard™ or stain protection to all types of carpets & upholstery.
